Refunds, Exchanges and Donations

There are no refunds on tickets. Exchanges may be made up to 24 hours before the performance by contacting the box office at box.office@minnetonkaschools.org. If you have tickets that you are unable to use, you can turn them back to Minnetonka Theatre as a donation.

 

Accessing Your Tickets

Check the order confirmation email sent from Minnetonka Theatre for details about your tickets.

 

• Will Call Tickets are available for pick up at the box office beginning one hour before show time

• Barcoded Tickets are attached as PDF’s in your order confirmation email. Please print these and bring to the theater or have the tickets ready to view on your phone

 

Accessibility

Contact the box office for wheelchair seating or assistance with other needs. We offer hearing devices for our Main Stage performances. Booster seats are available in the box office.

 

Points of Purchase

Minnetonka Theatre does not work with any third-party ticket sellers. The only ways to purchase verified tickets are at Minnetonkatheatre.com, by calling our box office at 952-401-5898, or in person on show days. Minnetonka Theatre is not responsible for fraudulent tickets purchased outside of these official points of purchase.

Group Sales
We offer a 15% discount for groups of 15 or more. Contact the box office at Box.Office@minnetonkaschools.org.

 

Ticket Resale

The resale of any ticket for more than its face value without the written consent of Minnetonka Theatre is prohibited, and those tickets will be cancelled without a refund.

 

Audience Guidelines

Audience guidelines for each show may be found on the page specific to each show on Minnetonkatheatre.com. Our productions may utilize technical effects including strobe lights, fog, haze, loud noises, simulated gunshots, etc.

 

Audience Customs and Courtesies

For the safety of our actors and crew, no recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras are allowed. Video, photography and recording devices also are prohibited by copyright and are violations of law. Please silence mobile phones and keep your phone dark so as not to disturb other patrons 

 

Late Seating Policy

Out of respect to the audience and artists, patrons who arrive after the show has begun will be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the performance to take their seats.

 

Conditions of Sale

You assume all risk incidental to the event, and you agree that management, its agents and the performers and crew are not responsible or liable for any injuries. You consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons or other prohibited items.You consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to the display, transmission or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
