The Box Office will open for the 2023-24 season on Monday, September 11 at 12 noon for normal hours (M-Th 12-4p; F 12-3p) and one hour before performances.

If you have questions outside of our regular hours, please call 952-401-5898 choose option 4 and leave a message including your name and phone number. We will respond within one business day.

Please note, during the school year the doors (3N) to the Arts Center are locked weekdays during school hours (7:10 am - 2:40 pm). If you need to enter during that time, please go to the MHS main entrance (1N) where they will issue you a pass and direct you to the Box Office. In addition, the Box Office may be closed during school holidays and other non-school days.

Ticket Policies

 

Sales
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket. To ensure your protection, ticket orders and questions are not accepted via email.

 

All children (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the theater. As a courtesy to our patrons infants are not permitted in our theatre.  Minimum ages admitted may change according to show, so please check the individual show's webpage or contact the Box Office.
 
Refunds
All sales are final, no refunds. However if the Box Office is notified at least 24 hours in advance of a performance, a credit back to the patron's account towards future purchase is possible. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund or credit back to the patron's account may be issued. Unused tickets may be donated back to the Box Office.
 
Exchanges
Exchanges only issued for another performance of the same production and must be completed 24 hours prior to the time of the performance on the original ticket. Exchanges can completed by calling or visiting the Box Office.
 
Group Sales
15% off for groups of 15 or more. Option to reserve now and pay later via invoice -- contact Liz Barlow at 952.401.5712.

 

Accessibility

 

We currently offer the following in order to help make Minnetonka Theatre as accessible as possible for everyone:

 

  • Wheelchair accessible seats in both our Main Stage and Studio Theatre

  • An interactive online ticketing system that allows you to choose your own wheelchair accessible and companion seats

  • Accessible parking spaces in the parking lot next door to the theatre

  • Wheelchair accessible restrooms

  • Hearing devices for our Main Stage performances

  • Booster seats (available in the Box Office)
