Hours: The Box Office is open Monday-Friday 12:00-4:00 pm and 1 hour before performances. The Box Office may be closed during school holidays and non-school days.
Whenever possible, please choose seats adjacent to reserved seats in order to avoid leaving single seats. The Box Office may move you down one seat to accommodate as many pairs as possible and avoid leaving single seats.
Gift Cards are available to purchase in any dollar amount, have no expiration date, and can be used to purchase tickets to any Minnetonka Theatre production.
The Box Office is located in the lobby of the Arts Center on 7 at the east end of Minnetonka High School at 18285 Highway 7, Minnetonka MN 55345.
Please note, during the school year the doors to the Arts Center are locked weekdays during school hours (7:10 am - 2:40 pm). If you need to enter during that time, please go to the MHS main entrance (1N) where they will issue you a pass and direct you to the Box Office.
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket. To ensure your protection, ticket orders and questions are not accepted via email.
All children (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the theater. As a courtesy to our patrons infants are not permitted in our theatre. Minimum ages admitted may change according to show, so please check the individual show's webpage or contact the Box Office.
All sales are final. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund may be issued at the option of the management. Unused tickets may be donated back to the Box Office.
Exchanges only issued for another performance of the same production and must be completed 24 hours prior to the time of the performance on the original ticket. Exchanges can completed by calling or visiting the Box Office.
