COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR THE 2020-2021 SEASON

Minnetonka Theatre is committed to taking any and all steps necessary to protect the health and safety of our faculty, staff, students, and community.

All patrons are asked to check their temperature before leaving for the theatre. Minnetonka Theatre staff may be conducting random temperature checks, and anyone with a fever of 100ºF or more will be turned away and not allowed in. If you do not feel well for any reason, please stay home and contact the box office regarding a credit for your tickets.

Due to State of Minnesota regulations, our Arts Center Main Stage and Studio Theatre auditoriums will be limited to 25% seating capacity. Because of this, we will be implementing several temporary changes to our ticketing and seating policies for the safety of all our patrons, workers and performers as follows:

  • Ticket sales for all performances will be limited to general admission only.

  • All tickets must be purchased in advance (online or by phone)—no in person or walk-up tickets sales will be available. No day of show tickets will be available.

  • There will be a strict limit to the number of seats per performance for each individual order. This number may vary and be determined on a show-by-show basis.

  • A purchased ticket guarantees you admission into the performance, but not a specific seat. Upon arrival at the theatre, you and your party will be assigned seating by Minnetonka Theatre personnel.

  • Our ticket exchange policy is still in effect, but we cannot guarantee alternate seating due to the capacity limitations.

  • Wheelchair accessible seating is still available, but you must specify at time of purchase.

  • Face masks are required for all patrons at all times, and patrons are reminded to observe social distancing rules.
