SAFETY POLICIES & PROCEDURES
We are thrilled to welcome you back to Minnetonka Theatre! For the safety of all our patrons, workers and performers, all tickets must be purchased in advance (online or by phone) — no in person or walk-up tickets sales will be available. No day of show tickets will be available.
Safety When You Arrive:
Minnetonka Theatre staff may be conducting random temperature checks. (All patrons are asked to check their temperature before leaving for the theatre.) Anyone with a fever of 100ºF or more will be asked to leave. If you do not feel well for any reason, please stay home and contact the box office regarding a credit for your tickets.
Following stage guidelines, we may be operating at reduced capacity and/or using appropriately distanced audience seating.
Face masks are required for all patrons at all times, and patrons are reminded to observe social distancing rules.
We have implemented cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our restrooms and lobby facilities which includes extensive cleaning of all high-touched areas.
There are a number of hand sanitizer stations for your use.
Note: Exposure to COVID-19 and its variants are a risk in any public location; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
