We are thrilled to welcome you back to Minnetonka Theatre! For maximum safety, Something Rotten will be performed outdoors in our Arts Center back parking lot.

Ticket Policies:

We will be implementing several temporary changes to our ticketing and seating
policies for the safety of all our patrons, workers and performers as follows:

Ticket sales for all performances will be general admission only.

All tickets must be purchased in advance (online or by phone) — no in person
or walk-up tickets sales will be available. No day of show tickets will be available.

There may be a strict limit to the number of seats per performance for each
individual order. This number may vary and be determined on a show-by-show basis.

A purchased ticket guarantees you admission into the performance, but not a specific seat. Upon arrival at the theatre, you and your party will be assigned seating by Minnetonka Theatre personnel.

Our ticket exchange policy is still in effect, but we cannot guarantee alternate seating due to the capacity limitations.

Wheelchair accessible seating is still available, but you must specify at time of purchase.

Safety When You Arrive:

Minnetonka Theatre staff may be conducting random temperature checks. (All patrons are asked to check their temperature before leaving for the theatre.) Anyone with a fever of 100ºF or more will be asked to leave. If you do not feel well for any reason, please stay home and contact the box office regarding a credit for your tickets.

Per state guidelines for outdoor entertainment venues, we are operating at reduced capacity and will use appropriately distanced audience seating.

Face masks are required for all patrons at all times, and patrons are reminded to observe social distancing rules.

We have implemented cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our restrooms and lobby facilities which includes extensive cleaning of all high-touched areas.

There are a number of hand sanitizer stations for your use.

Note: Exposure to COVID-19 and its variants are a risk in any public location; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
