Be our guest and step into the enchanted world of a tale as old as time. Disney's classic musical tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
An international sensation that played a remarkable 13-year run on Broadway and is about to be revived, this stage version is based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, and includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice.

All the way from New York City, a Minnesota native and graduate of Minnetonka High School (last seen on our stage in 2008 as the Witch in Into the Woods and as Ermengarde in Hello, Dolly!), Alison is flying in to join our cast for the holidays in this classic Disney musical.
A BFA graduate of The Boston Conservatory, Alison has many Regional, Off-Broadway and New York theatre credits to her name. She has appeared as the Fairy Godmother and Fiona in the national tour of Shrek the Musical, received an IRNE Award for Best Leading Actress as Violet in SpeakEasy Stage's 2016 production of Violet, and most recently starred in the world premiere production of Storming Heaven: The Musical at the West Virginia Public Theatre.
